Official Giveaway Rules
Cold Streets Giveaways

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Who Runs the Giveaway
Tammy Dennis, an individual doing business as [Cold Streets Clothing Company] (“Cold Streets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), runs Cold Streets Giveaways, each a “Giveaway.”
These Official Rules (“Rules”) apply to every Giveaway. Each Giveaway’s prize, entry period, and drawing date are posted on the Giveaways Page or in the Giveaway post and are part of these Rules.
These Rules include our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
Giveaways are promotions by Cold Streets and are separate from the 8/8/8 Program.
2. Who May Enter
You may enter if you are a legal resident of [the 50 United States or the District of Columbia] , are at least 18 years old when you enter, and have a valid email address.
Employees and contractors of Cold Streets, and members of their households, may not enter.
Giveaways are not open to residents of other countries or where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
Each Giveaway runs during the entry period posted on the Giveaways Page or in the Giveaway post.
[Example: From 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of the month until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of the month.]
4. How to Enter
Method One: Social Media
[Share a Pass the Love Card or a Cold Streets post on a supported platform, include the required hashtag or tag, and clearly state that you are entering a Giveaway.]
Your post must be public and follow our Community Guidelines.
Method Two: No Social Media Needed
Complete the free entry form on the Giveaways Page [Link] with your name and email address.
Entry Limit
Limit one entry per person per Giveaway, regardless of which method you use. Multiple accounts, bots, scripts, and automated entries are not allowed.
Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not follow these Rules are void.
Entering a Giveaway does not sign you up for marketing emails unless you check the optional box.
5. Prizes
Each Giveaway’s prize is posted in the Giveaway details.
Prizes may include [a Cold Streets T-shirt or hoodie, with an approximate retail value of $X, or a small monetary gift of $X paid by PayPal].
The total prize value for each Giveaway will not exceed [$X].
Winners choose from available sizes and styles. Apparel prizes have no cash substitute, and prizes may not be transferred.
We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.
[We pay shipping for apparel prizes within the United States.]
Prizes are provided by Cold Streets and do not come from fundraiser or giving amounts.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners are chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries by Cold Streets [on or about the day after the entry period ends].
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Our decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final, except as required by law.
7. Winner Notification and Prizes
We will notify winners by [email or direct message] within [3 business days] after the drawing.
A winner must respond within [7 days] with the information we need, such as a shipping address, clothing size, or PayPal email, or we may choose an alternate winner.
We verify age and eligibility before awarding a prize.
Apparel prizes ship within [X days] of confirmation, subject to Printful’s production and shipping times.
Monetary prizes are paid through PayPal within [X days] of confirmation.
If a prize or notice is undeliverable, we may choose an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on prizes.
Where the law requires, winners of monetary prizes must provide a tax form through the secure Tax1099.com link before payment.
We may report the prize to tax authorities. Please never send tax information to us by email, text, social media, or any other method.
9. Your Posts and Content
If you enter through social media, you confirm that your post is your own, follows our Community Guidelines, and does not show or identify anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian’s permission.
You are responsible for clearly and visibly disclosing that your post is part of a Giveaway, as advertising laws require.
You give us permission to repost or display your public entry, with credit to your account.
10. Winner Information
We may announce a winner’s first name and state.
We will not use a winner’s photo or other information for promotion without permission.
For [30 days] after each drawing, you may request the winner’s first name and state by emailing support@coldstreets.com .
11. Privacy
We use the information you give us only as described in our Privacy Policy, to run the Giveaway, contact winners, and prevent fraud.
12. Disqualification and Changes
We may disqualify anyone who we believe tampers with entries or the Giveaway, breaks these Rules, or acts unfairly or in a harmful way.
We may cancel, change, or suspend a Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or events beyond our control affect its fairness or operation, or if the law requires it.
We will post any change on the Giveaways Page.
13. Social Media Platforms
No Giveaway is sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, or any other platform.
You are giving your information to Cold Streets, not to the platform, and platform terms apply to your use of that platform.
14. Release and Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, you release Cold Streets, Tammy Dennis, and our contractors, agents, and service providers from any claims or damages related to the Giveaway or a prize.
Prizes are provided “as is,” without warranty.
We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical, platform, or shipping problems.
Nothing in these Rules limits rights you cannot waive by law.
15. Governing Law and Other Terms
These Rules are governed by California law, as described in Section 22 of our Terms of Service.
If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
