1. About These Terms
These Sponsorship Terms are an agreement between you (“Sponsor” or “you”) and Tammy Dennis, an individual doing business as [Cold Streets Clothing Company] (“Cold Streets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
They cover Cold Streets Sponsorships. They include our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community-Friendly Advertising Standards , and Giving and Transparency Policy , which you must also follow.
You accept these Terms by checking the agreement box on the application form or at checkout, or by paying for a Sponsorship.
2. Who May Sponsor
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business or organization you represent.
Your business or organization must meet the Community-Friendly Advertising Standards.
3. How It Works
Step One: Submit the Sponsorship Application
Applying is [free]. We review the application and reply by email.
We may decline any application, and you pay nothing unless you are approved.
Step Two: Complete Your Purchase
If approved, we send you a private purchase link. Use it to select your Sponsorship, upload your logo, choose the cause you want to support, and check out.
The link is for your approved business or organization only and may not be shared or resold.

4. What You Are Buying
A Sponsorship places your business or organization’s logo in the Our Sponsors section of the Site, with a link to your website, as a supporter of Cold Streets and its mission.

Logos may rotate with other Sponsors, and size, order, and position may vary. We may redesign or reorganize the Site.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
5. Term
Your paid term is [365 days]. It starts on the day your Sponsorship first goes live and ends one calendar year later.
It does not renew automatically, and we will not charge you again unless you buy a new Sponsorship.

6. No Guarantees
Cold Streets is a growing platform, and traffic and audience size will change over time.
We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, visitors, sales, followers, or other results.
7. Your Logo and Link
Logo file: [Size, file type, and maximum file size]
You promise that you own or have permission to use your logo and everything in it, and that your logo and link follow the Community-Friendly Advertising Standards and the law.
Your link must go directly to your own working website or page, and you may not change it to something different without our approval.
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your logo, business name, and link on the Site and in our promotion of Sponsors during your term and afterward in records and archives.
8. Recognition, Not Endorsement
Sponsors are independent businesses and organizations. A Sponsorship does not mean we endorse, verify, certify, or guarantee you or your products, services, or claims.
We are not responsible for your dealings with customers or the public.
You may not say or imply that Cold Streets endorses or recommends you. You may truthfully state that you are a Sponsor of Cold Streets.
Any other use of our name or logo requires our written permission.
9. Review, Approval, and Removal
We may reject or require changes to any logo, link, or Sponsor before or after it goes live.
We may remove or suspend your Sponsorship at any time if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the Community-Friendly Advertising Standards, receives serious complaints, is deceptive, unsafe, or illegal, or is not community-friendly.
When possible, we will email you and give you [X days] to fix the problem. We may act immediately for serious violations.
If we remove your Sponsorship because of your violation, you are not entitled to a refund.
10. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation
Payment is due in full at checkout. Because your placement is reserved for you for the full term, all purchases are final once your Sponsorship goes live, except as stated below.
Before Go-Live
You may cancel within [7 days] of purchase for a full refund if your Sponsorship has not gone live.
Logo Not Approved
If we reject your logo after payment and you cannot provide an approved logo within [14 days], you may request a full refund.
If We Cannot Provide Your Placement
If we discontinue the Site or cannot provide your placement and cannot offer a comparable one, we will refund the unused part of your paid term.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
11. 8/8/8 Giving and Taxes
Every sale on the Site, including Sponsorships, follows the 8/8/8 model:
- 8% to the referring Affiliate, if you were referred by one;
- 8% to the cause you select at checkout; and
- 8% to hunger relief through Cold Streets Food Insecurity Worldwide.
These amounts come from the sale and do not increase your price.
Your Sponsorship is a payment to Cold Streets for recognition and promotion. It is not a charitable donation to Cold Streets or to any cause, and we do not provide tax advice or promise that any payment is tax-deductible.
Please ask your tax professional how to treat it.
We do not control how a cause uses funds. Details are in our Giving and Transparency Policy .
12. Your Promises
You promise that:
- Your business or organization is legitimate and holds any licenses, permits, and insurance it needs;
- Everything in your Sponsorship is truthful and lawful;
- You will follow all laws covering advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and accessibility; and
- The information in your application is true and complete.
13. Disclaimers and Limits
Sponsorships are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to your Sponsorship will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
These limits do not apply to fraud or willful misconduct, or where the law does not allow them.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Cold Streets, Tammy Dennis, and our contractors, agents, and service providers from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your Sponsorship, your business or organization, your logo, your link, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last Updated” date. The Terms in effect when you purchase govern your Sponsorship for your term.
If a Site change makes it impossible to provide your placement, we will offer a comparable placement or a refund as stated in Section 10.
16. Other Terms
These Terms, your application, and the documents they reference are the entire agreement about Sponsorships.
If there is a conflict, these Terms control for Sponsorships. California law governs, as described in Section 22 of our Terms of Service.
If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
