Biz Card Bonanza and Biz Ads Worldwide

1. About These Terms
These Advertiser Terms are an agreement between you (“Advertiser” or “you”) and Tammy Dennis, an individual doing business as Cold Streets Clothing Company (“Cold Streets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
They apply to Biz Card Bonanza and Biz Ads Worldwide (together, “Advertising”). They include our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community-Friendly Advertising Standards , which you must also follow.
You accept these Terms by checking the agreement box on the application form or at checkout, or by paying for a placement.
2. Who May Advertise
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you advertise. Your business must meet the Community-Friendly Advertising Standards.
3. How It Works
Step One: Submit the Vetting Application
Applying is [free]. We review your application and reply by email. We may decline any application, and you pay nothing unless you are approved.
Step Two: Complete Your Purchase
If approved, we send you a private purchase link. Use it to select your tier and location, upload your creative, pick the cause you want to support, and check out.
The link is for your approved business only and may not be shared or resold.
Reference Number
Enter the six-digit reference number from your application at checkout so we can match your payment to your approved application.
4. What You Are Buying
Biz Card Bonanza
Biz Card Bonanza includes a digital business card shown on the digital wall of the state or country you select. For tiers that include a banner, it also includes a billboard banner shown at the top of that state or country’s pages.
An all-locations option places your card and banner throughout the whole Site. Biz Card Bonanza is for businesses that serve customers in the location you select. The worldwide area is not part of Biz Card Bonanza.
Biz Ads Worldwide
Biz Ads Worldwide includes a card shown on the Worldwide Wall and a billboard banner shown at the bottom of every page site-wide, including state and country pages.

Tiers, locations, and prices are shown on the purchase page. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
5. Term
Your paid term is 365 days. It starts on the day your Advertising first goes live and ends one calendar year later.
For example, Advertising that goes live on September 1, 2026, ends on September 1, 2027.
Your placement does not renew automatically, and we will not charge you again unless you buy a new placement. [We may email a reminder before your term ends.]
6. Launch Bonus — Limited-Time Offer
Placements purchased before Cold Streets’ official Instagram account reaches 50,000 followers receive one bonus year of placement added to the end of the paid term at no extra charge.
If you purchased before that milestone, you keep your bonus year even if your Advertising goes live after the milestone is reached. Purchases made after the milestone do not receive a bonus year.
We decide when the milestone is reached based on the follower count shown on our official Instagram account, and may announce it on the Site or social media.
The bonus year has no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and ends early if your Advertising is removed for violating these Terms or the Community-Friendly Advertising Standards.
We may change or end this offer for future purchases at any time.
7. Placement, Rotation, and No Guarantees
Cards and banners may rotate with other advertisers, and position, order, and frequency may vary. We may redesign or reorganize the Site.
Cold Streets is a growing platform, and traffic and audience size will change over time. We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, visitors, sales, followers, or other results.
8. Your Creative and Link
Creative Specifications
- Card: A square image measuring 1080 × 1080 pixels.
- Banner: 970 × 250 pixels.
- File type and size: [JPG or PNG, up to X MB]
- Both the card and banner must include a link to your business.
You promise that you own or have permission to use everything in your creative, that anyone shown has agreed, with a parent or guardian’s permission for anyone under 18, and that your creative and link follow the Community-Friendly Advertising Standards and the law.
Your link must continue to go to your own working website or page. You may not change it to something different without our approval. [You may request one creative update during your term, subject to approval.]
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your creative, business name, logo, and link on the Site and in our promotion of advertisers during your term and afterward in records and archives.
9. Review, Approval, and Removal
We may reject or require changes to any creative, link, or business before or after it goes live.
We may remove or suspend your Advertising at any time if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the Community-Friendly Advertising Standards, receives serious complaints, is deceptive, unsafe, or illegal, or is not community-friendly.
When possible, we will email you and give you [X days] to fix the problem. We may act immediately for serious violations.
If we remove your Advertising because of your violation, you are not entitled to a refund.
10. No Endorsement
Advertisers are independent businesses. We do not endorse, verify, certify, or guarantee any advertiser, or their products, services, or claims.
Your dealings with customers are solely between you and them. You may not say or imply that Cold Streets endorses or recommends you, and may not use words such as “Approved by Cold Streets” or “Cold Streets Verified.”
You may truthfully state that you advertise on Cold Streets.
11. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation
Payment is due in full at checkout. Because your placement is reserved for you for the full term, all purchases are final once your Advertising goes live, except as stated below.
Before Go-Live
You may cancel within [7 days] of purchase for a full refund if your Advertising has not gone live.
Creative Not Approved
If we reject your creative after payment and you cannot provide approved creative within [14 days], you may request a full refund.
If We Cannot Provide Your Placement
If we discontinue the Site or cannot provide your placement and cannot offer a comparable placement, we will refund the unused part of your paid term. The bonus year is not refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
12. 8/8/8 Giving on Your Purchase
Every sale on the Site, including Advertising, follows the 8/8/8 model:
- 8% to the referring affiliate, if you were referred by one;
- 8% to the cause you select at checkout; and
- 8% to hunger relief through Cold Streets Food Insecurity Worldwide.
These amounts come from the sale and do not increase your price. Your purchase is a payment to Cold Streets for Advertising. It is not a charitable donation by you, and we do not promise that your payment is tax-deductible.
We do not control how a cause you select uses funds. Details are in our Giving and Transparency Policy.

13. Your Promises
You promise that:
- Your business is legitimate and holds any licenses, permits, and insurance it needs;
- Everything in your Advertising is truthful and lawful;
- You will honor your prices, offers, and promises to customers;
- You will follow all laws covering advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and accessibility;
- You will not collect personal information from children in violation of the law; and
- The information in your application is true and complete.
14. Disclaimers and Limits
Advertising is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to your Advertising will not exceed the amount you paid for that placement.
These limits do not apply to fraud or willful misconduct, or where the law does not allow them.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Cold Streets, Tammy Dennis, and our contractors, agents, and service providers from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your Advertising, your business, your products or services, your creative, your link, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last Updated” date. The Terms in effect when you purchase govern your placement for your term.
If a Site change makes it impossible to provide your placement, we will offer a comparable placement or a refund as stated in Section 11.
17. Other Terms
These Terms, your application, and the documents they reference are the entire agreement about Advertising.
If there is a conflict, these Terms control for Advertising. California law governs, as described in Section 22 of our Terms of Service.
If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
