Taxes, Duties, Customs, and Delivery Charges

You agree to pay all U.S. sales tax that applies to your order where required by law. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout.

If your order is shipped outside the United States, it may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage or handling fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and other taxes or delivery charges set by the destination country or the carrier. Unless these charges are displayed at checkout, they are not included in the price of your order, and you are solely responsible for paying them. We do not control these charges and cannot predict them.

You agree to respond promptly to any request from customs authorities or the carrier, including requests to provide information or documents, or to pay any amount due, so your order can be cleared and delivered.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the taxes, duties, customs, and delivery charges that apply to it. If your order cannot be delivered, or is refused, returned, or abandoned because these charges were not paid or because you did not respond to a customs or carrier request, you will not be entitled to a refund for that order. Our Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy explains how refunds are handled in all other cases.
